In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your GOLF BALL HOG™, simply return it within 30 days from the date of original shipment for a  refund, based upon our Return Guidelines:

1. Please email our Customer Service Department at service@metro-products.com with the following information, requesting either a REFUND or REPAIR/REPLACEMENT:
      a. Order number.
      b. Product number and/or name.
      c. Reason for return.
2. We will reply via email with a return address and a Return Authorization Number (RA#), which MUST be issued prior to our accepting any returns. Packages without an RA# number cannot be accepted at our warehouse.
3. The item must be returned in the original shipping container and protected with the original packaging and materials.
4. Include the original packing slip, copy of the receipt, refund or replacement instructions, and the RA#. The RA# should also be noted on the shipping label when returning an item, in the following form: Attention – Returns (RA #_______).
5. Please make sure the package is securely wrapped.
6. Returns shipped after 30 days of original shipment or shipped to us freight collect will not be accepted.
7. Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition.
8. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customer’s statements. Please allow 7 to 14 business days from our receiving your return for the refund to appear on your statement.
9. Items being returned that are not damaged or defective will be credited in full if received within 30 days from the date of original shipment. This excludes the initial shipping charges that were assessed and any shipping costs incurred in returning an item(s) to us.
10. Items returned to us that are deemed to have been damaged or defective when originally shipped to you, will be replaced with a new comparable item at no additional costs, including shipping to you.
11. LIFETIME WARRANTY: Retrievers whose plastic head assembly is considered defective in material or workmanship may be returned as per the above instructions. Original purchase confirmation must be enclosed with the item. The item will be inspected and, if we determine the item to be defective in material or workmanship, we will either repair or replace it at our discretion. Items which we determine to have been misused or abused will be returned and so noted. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
